Tech Support

Do tech support people exist just to make the rest of us feel inferior? I've always considered myself a pretty computer savvy person, I watch TechTV, I know some html, I could install some hardware on my system if I really needed to. So why is it I can't fix my own notebook computer? The problem was simple, I couldn't get on the internet on my account, but it worked fine on the guest account. As all of you know, man can not live with guest account alone, I had to fix this. I did everything I knew to do to quick fix this without seriously messing up my computer. I ran my Anti-Virus, Ad-Aware, I even defraged the thing, nothing helped. I came to the realization I had to look for help. I went to college computer help desk. The guy there fixed it in about a half hour, it turns out it worked perfectly in safe mode and I just needed to update my edition of Ad-Aware. I've decided I hate spyware, I don't mind it if companies want to know where I go on the internet, I just don't like them messing with my surfing time. Do you guys ever feel like something is so impossible until you have give it to somebody else to do and it seems so simple. Let me know, I wanna hear your stories, let me know I'm not the only one out there with these problems. Until my computer breaks down again, Later Days.

Comments:
Spyware is nothing more then a bunch fucking losers getting paid to screw up your shit. I work tech support for a Fortune 500 company and we deal with it on a daily basis. I have seen spyware do some crazy shit to a computer.
