Band Camp version 2.0
Okay, I'm officially at band camp for a second time which also means that school has pretty much started again. I started things out right by emailing one of my friends and telling her that I was feeling left out, and I was, for like the two minutes I was writing the email, this is the same friend I called perky and annoying last year, why does she still let me hang out with her again? So anyway, she probably thinks I have some serious social issues now and I can't blame her at all. I have made friends with some of the new kids in my section, so that's cool, I'll have to try to hide my apparent inferiority complex around them. Seriously, what's wrong with me, why would I do that, I hung out with these people all through band season last year, they obviously accept me or they would have booted me out back then. Jeez, I'm sorry Cari for all the confusion, just ignore me whenever I'm weird like that. But yeah, band camp has been good all things considered. I, at least did, have a group of friends I see at band, I've met some new people, one of which I believe is an undecided major, maybe I can sway him into the way of journalism. All kidding aside, Journalism is a rockin' major. Speaking of, I stopped by the radio station for the first time since classes ended in May and saw all my peeps there. I sorta had my first informal directors meeting, I say informal because our first official director's meeting is next Tuesday I think. I'm excited right now, but I've heard its toture, the excitment may wear off pretty fast, but it can't change the way it feels right now. Right now it just seems fun to have some sort of power, even if it is just update the website. I promise I'll let you guys know when I get the new stuff up so you can take a gander, but its just not ready yet. So, all in all I had a pretty good day today and hopefully I'll have many more eventful days like this one so I can come back here and tell you all about them. Until then, this G-List Celebrity is signing out, Later Days.
